1. You only need is:-

1. Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2. 4 tablespoon gram flour
3. milk

After collecting all these things you have to do 
1 Mixup the powder and flour then add milk on it and make it like a paste. Apply this paste on your face for 15 to 20 minutes only after-these wash your face with normal water.
please apply this mixture once or twice a week only.

2. Aloe vera


Aloe Vera gel has power to nourish your skin because his properties rejuvenates your skin to give a natural glow.

Apply the gel of the Aloe Vera on your face twice a day on morning time and one is at evening time after doing a massage of it on face around for 10 minutes wash your face with normal water.

3. Multani mitti

The best and the oldest method of our ancestors. they always said that whenever you have any problem regarding your face you must apply the multani mitti on your face.
 
How To Apply:-
1. Take half bowl of multani mitti and add some water on it after-that leave it for 1 day
2. On next day make the paste of it.

If a person consumes lot of caffeine, then he may have many problems like insomnia, Stomach upset, Headache, Decreased concentration and Increased heartbeat

Even giving small amount of coffee to young children can dominate these symptoms in a more dangerous way, especially if the child already has a congenital problem. Apart from this,experts also believe that the age from the birth to 16-years is the age of physical and mental development of children.if the children consumes more coffee, the caffeine present in it makes it difficult for the body to absorb calcium, which can weaken the bones of the children and also stop the growth of the body. thats why parents stop their children to drink coffee.

Doctors belive that after the age of 8, coffee can be given to children in very small amount around 1 cup with very light coffee,but it is better to keep them away until the age of 16 years. Consuming more quantity of coffee should not be taken at any age because excess caffeine is bad for everyone's health.
